Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MisterTide. Due to the specialized nature of our research products, please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances, as these are sensitive research materials subject to strict quality control standards.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refund or replacement requests may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- You received the wrong product(s)
- Your order arrived visibly damaged
- Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
- A verified quality defect is present in an unopened product
All claims are subject to review and approval at MisterTide's sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund or replacement request:
- Contact us at support@mistertide.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach photographs of any damaged items or packaging
- Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Opened or used products
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages refused at delivery by the customer
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control
- Products restricted or seized by customs authorities
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
In some cases, a store credit or replacement shipment may be offered in lieu of a cash refund, at MisterTide's discretion.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@mistertide.com or call 561-556-8433. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Research Use Only
All products sold by MisterTide are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.
